Double-Deep storage instantly gives you more pallet locations compared to conventional pallet racking. Many lift truck manufacturers have the know-how and technology to help customer optimising their warehouse space like double-deep pallet racking with the help of KOOI®ReachForks. Space equals money. So how do you get the most out of your warehousing space? There are numerous methods of storing palletised products in a warehouse – from simple floor block-stacking to highly sophisticated automatic crane stores. All have their virtues, depending on your operational requirements – whether it is simply to store as many pallets as possible or to allow a very high degree of selectivity and instant retrieval of any given pallet. For many types of warehouse, however, double-deep stacking combines highly efficient space utilisation with excellent availability, using flexible, cost-effective handling equipment.
Advantages of Double Deep Pallet Racking:
- The ability to stack two pallets deep – often with guide-rails to upper beam levels for added safety
- Increased storage capacity by as much as 10-15% when compared with Selective Racking

As less aisle space is needed, you can really maximise storage space using this system. You will need a forklift truck with telescopic forks to access the pallets but this investment pays for itself very quickly.

Horizontal Flow Wrapper (HFFS) that makes a totally hermetic and leak proof three sealing pillow pack for meat and poultry packing in trays. Specifically designed to work with stretch shrink films.
DESCRIPTION OF FLOW WRAPPER
The new FS 400 system is a stretch shrink wrapper that produces a case ready “leak proof” pack for meat and poultry products in trays.
This packaging system is formatted to produce packs with excellent aesthetics. Thus, the FS 400 is equipped with a system that stretches the film and forms a tight bag around the product, while an aspiration system evacuates the excess of air from the pack before the seals are created (avoiding the need for any holes in the pack for air evacuation during the shrinking process). The seals are created by a longitudinal trim seal system and a hot bar seal jaw that produces really narrow seals. The narrow longitudinal trim seal on the bottom of the pack allows printing on both the top and the bottom of the pack. The final result is a tightly wrapped leak proof case-ready pack with a superb aesthetic appearance.

Premier pallet’s Free Standing (FS) Pallet Inverter
Free standing 180° inverter with single clamping table. Loaded and relocatable by forklift truck. With a 2 tonne capacity the FS Inverter is available in 3 standard jaw opening sizes with levers, push-button, remote or automated controls, or it can be built entirely to your specification. All FS Inverter machines are painted with two coats of zinc primer and a 2 pack epoxy acrylic top coat as standard.
The FS Inverter is ideal for boxed, bagged or canned goods, and is versatile enough to handle everything from yoghurt and biscuits to bottled wine or cement. Use the FS to switch from wood to plastic pallets, to recover damaged product from the bottom of the stack or to add flexibility to your distribution pallet policy. We can build the FS with a stainless steel turning body or with a hot zinc spray rust-protected finish.

The letters FS are short for Free Standing pallet turner indicating that the only installation involved is an electrical connection, and that the machine itself is stable under its own weight. The basic and still the most popular pallet turner model is fitted with lever controls on a short arm. One lever operates the clamp and the other turns the load over 180 degrees.
There are a number of control options including manual push button, fully automatic and remote control. The FS is the work horse of the range with more sold each year than most other styles of pallet turner systems put together. The tables are raised above floor level so it must load by forklift truck. It is available in 3 sizes of jaw opening with special models available above the normal standard maximum of 2.20m. The FS is simple to use, simple to maintain and above all has a very long lifespan. We have many machines in regular use 15 to 20 years after construction.
It will handle almost any type of palletized load and can exert a very high clamping pressure on slippery or unstable goods if need be. Masterplat Plus LP is a turntable wrapping machine for wrapping products with stretch film in vertical. The operator can access from every side and load the machine with hand pallet truck via the suitable ramp or using a forklift truck.
Masterplat Plus LP includes a thin basement, only 30 mm thick, which allows to avoid frequent accidental bumps with the fork of the forklift truck and an easy loading. Single-Double Pallet Handlers are a superior product built to help you perform in real working conditions and meet the demanding applications throughout the material handling industry. You can handle a single pallet or spread the forks hydraulically to lift, carry and side shift multiple pallets side by side.
But did you know that your Single-Double Handler can be equipped with KOOI®Reachforks so that you can work even more efficiently? In this way, you can even pick up 4 pallets at the same time (depending on the model) for your internal transport or to load or unload truck/trailers and railway wagons. Of course, you can also decide to load and/or unload the usual two pallets (next to each other) from one side. In any case, the handling time will be enormously improved.
