DESCRIPTION OF TSB 300 TRAY SEALING MACHINE 

The compact tray sealing machine TSB 300 is designed to pack food products in pre-formed trays. The trays are sealed with tray compatible, heat sealable lid film.

Depending on the customer’s requirements, Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP), vacuum, Skin and Skin protruding can be made.

The TSB 300 is a fully automatic tray sealing machine, designed for customers looking for an entry-level automated machine with higher production capacities.

Trays are automatically transported via rod-bars in the entry conveyor to the sealing station, sealed, gas flushed and then passed to an exit belt.

Designed to work with a wide range of tray shapes and sizes, with cut inside or cut outside.

The primary function of the TSB 300 is to pack fresh meat, fish and produce with the aim of extending the shelf-life of the product while providing an attractive appearance.

Masterplat Plus LP is a turntable wrapping machine for wrapping products with stretch film in vertical. The operator can access from every side and load the machine with hand pallet truck via the suitable ramp or using a forklift truck.

FRD CARRIAGE

The FRD film carriage with Mechanical Brake is manually adjusted and has an indicator to show the tension setting. There is also a tension on/off lever to allow film to be released for attaching to the pallet without altering the film tension. This system allows tension to be constant and not effected by the size of the film reel.

PGS CARRIAGE

The PGS film carriage is fixed gear 250% power pre-stretch and the force to load (tension) is controlled by a strain gauge, adjusted on the control panel. There are also options of 150%, 200% and 300% gears on this machine.

LP BASEMENT

Low thickness basement compatible with the Masterplat and Rotoplat range. Manage an easy loading with manual transpallet.
